On the other hand, the organic church grows primarily in the home, and out of the home. It's a free, spontaneous, living, breathing expression of the ekklesia, (church). It's prophetic and apostolic, empowering the church with fruitful multiplication and exponential growth. It provides an environment encouraging transparency and intimacy through deep expressions of unconditional, Christ centered love. It breeds full participation versus Institutional spectatorship. It's sacrificial. There is no clergy - laity divide because there is no professional clergy. Brethren gather to 'one another one another'. That is, serve one another, submit to one another, confront, confess, and restore one another. Show concern for, be devoted to, and willing to lay down their lives for one another - as Jesus did for each of us.
As are all organic growth movements, (such as the current American Tea Parties), the organic church is not a top down, corporate business with a hierarchical system. Instead, it's bottoms up - led by a free, revolutionary spirit taking things that are upside down, and turning them right side up.
The Next Great Battle Facing the Church
The next, great battle facing the church will come from within the Church - not outside of it. It will be the battle of the "laity" breaking FREE of the domination and control of the professional clergy. As this battle ensues professional clergy blindly trapped in abusive, falling, worn out methodologies will find it hard to relinquish their domination and control.
Many will continue to use legalistic, false spiritual authority to spiritually abuse, usurp position and power, and steal innovative, creative ideas from those breaking free in an effort to maintain their domination and control. However, they will eventually be found out, and their efforts will end in disgrace and failure.
Over time, there will be countless clergymen who see the light. Enlightened, they will renounce the pagan roots of the Institutional Church. Many will go so far at to destroy their professional certificates, degrees, and designations -- as they walk away from their dominating, abusive, controlling, and failing methods. They will be overwhelmed at the new found FREEDOM that is theirs as they join the REVOLUTION!

order of service. It's held captive by the edifice complex. It's performance driven, ritualistic, and legalistic. It raises money through manipulation, guilt, worry, and fear through dead tithe laws, and highly ethereal "seed gift miracles." It's filled with one-upsmanship. It's dominated and controlled by the few, the professional clergy, at the expense of the common good for all. It's
split into 40,000 denominational camps over petty doctrines that carry no transformational power. In other words, the Institutional Church is a complete and total mess. It's upside down - a house of cards. It's a total failure, and it's falling fast.
Evacuate the INSTITUTIONAL CHURCH.
It's grown from pagan soil. It's a top down, hierarchical system stripping individual priesthood and empowerment. It imprisons the church in Romanist, Babylonian, Nicolaitan systems breeding dormant spectatorship. It's a static, staid, impersonal environment. It stifles spiritual growth, and authentic, Christ centered transformation. Its resources are vastly wasted to placate a sacred cow, the Sunday morning Simon Says
Do You Have the Eagle Eye?
If you're led to fly with the eagles, to be one of the many Tozer mentions here, be certain God has prepared you to love those whose hatred you may earn.
That said, understand the Institutional Church has put God in a box. It's run by the insane tyranny of the dreaded status quo doing the same old thing week after week, month after month, year after year -- expecting different results.

All these have been tried and found wanting. Another kind of religious leader must arise among us. He must be the old prophet type, a man who has seen visions of God, and has heard a voice from the Throne. When he comes (and I pray to God there will not be one but many), he will stand in flat contradiction to everything our smirking, smooth civilization holds dear.
