Folks, that is exactly what has happened to the church. You see, our present day church systems like a lid on top of that jar of fleas has conditioned the church to think we can only "jump so high." As a result, the enemy is taking the "salt", and is trampling all over it. We're getting our brains beaten out, and our rear ends handed to us day after day. YOU - Flea Brain? Think it isn't so? Then, wrestle with the fact that only 2% of all "Christ Followers" today are consistently proclaiming the Gospel, and making disciples. The 2%? In most cases the professional minister, and many times even they aren't doing it, yet, will admonish others to do so from their pulpits. Friends, at Y NOT?, we want you to know we are in place to help you move out from under the domination. That means at Y NOT? there are no "Flea Brains", or Flea Trainers! We are taking the lid off the "church jar". That's right, we are taking the top off the church! In doing so we are offering you the opportunity to come out of the stands, and...Get in the Game!

Status Galatians 5:1 EMPOWERMENT FOR CHRIST CENTERED LIVING! LIVE 24/7/365
John 17:21 Your MINISTRY Your LIFE Your DREAMS
Christian bothers and sisters, the Holy Spirit's objective is to fully unleash the empowerment of Christ in and through our lives. We can only be truly empowered when we take ownership of the ministry each of us is called to. That is, to facilitate the discipleship process into the lives of others, and teach them to do the same. Unfortunately, in the vast majority of ministry systems that empowerment is choked out. Therefore, the vast majority of believers in the Kingdom today are held back, and sometimes even oppressed in their efforts to grow and mature spiritually, and further, to develop their spiritual gifts to the fullest for the glory of God. As a result, they stagnate and become seat warming spectators, and it's not even their fault. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phillipians 4:13 Renowned author, motivational speaker, and human engineer, Zig Ziglar, relates that many times we can be like a trained jar of fleas. A trained jar of fleas? That's right. You see, you can take a jar of fleas you can train them. Train them? Again, that's right. If you take a mayonnaise size jar of fleas, and place a lid on top the fleas can be heard hitting the top of that jar over and over again - "pip pop, pip pop". Afterwards, like popcorn popping in a microwave oven the "pip pop" will eventually stop. However, unlike popcorn no longer popping due to the kernels having all popped the fleas are still jumping. The difference is they will no longer hitting the lid of the jar. After three days take the lid off. In spite of the fact those fleas are still jumping they will not jump out. That's right - they will not jump out! Why? Because they have been conditioned to think they can't, and will not jump any higher than where the lid of the jar was.

Game Time: Prepare To Earn theHATRED
...The proper, Ruler-of-the-Synagogue type will never do. Neither will the priestly type of man who carries out his duties, takes his pay and asks no questions, nor the smooth-talking pastoral type who knows how to make the Christian religion acceptable to everyone. All these have been tried and found wanting. Another kind of religious leader must arise among us. He must be the old prophet type, a man who has seen visions of God, and has heard a voice from the Throne. When he comes (and I pray to God there will not be one but many), he will stand in flat contradiction to everything our smirking, smooth civilization holds dear. He will contradict, denounce and protest in the name of God, and will earn the hatred and opposition of a large segment of Christendom." If you're led to fly with the eagles, to be one of the many Tozer mentions here, be certain God has prepared you to love those whose hatred you may earn. That said, the Institutional Church today has put God in a box. It is run by the insane tyranny of the dreaded status quo, doing the same old thing week after week, month after month, year after year -- expecting different results. It's unbiblical - grown from pagan roots. It's a top down, heavy handed, hierarchical system that strips individual priesthood and empowerment. It imprisons the church through Roman, Babylonian, Nicolaitan systems breeding spiritual drones in dormant spectatorship. It's static, staid, impersonal - a business corporate environment lacking any real depth of transparency. It stifles spiritual multiplication, and authentic, Christ centered transformation. Its resources are vastly wasted to placate a sacred cow, the Roman - Calvinian, Sunday morning order of service that's captured and imprisoned by the edifice complex. It's performance driven, ritualistic, and legalistic. It raises money through manipulation, guilt, worry, and fear under dead tithe laws, and highly ethereal "seed gift miracles." It's filled with one-upsmanship. It's dominated and controlled by the few, the professional clergymen, at the expense of the common good for all. It divides the church into two classes - clergy and laity. It contains 33,000 denominational camps divided over doctrines that carry no transformational power. In other words, the Institutional Church is a complete and total mess. It's upside down - a house of cards.

On the other hand the organic church grows primarily in the home, and out of the home. It's a free, spontaneous, living, breathing expression of the ekklesia, (church). It's prophetic and apostolic, empowering the church with fruitful multiplication and exponential growth. It provides an environment encouraging transparency and intimacy through deep expressions of unconditional, Christ centered love. It breeds full participation versus Institutional spectatorship. It's sacrificial. There is no clergy - laity divide because there is no clergy. Brethren gather to 'one another one another'. That is, serve one another, submit to one another, confront, confess, and restore one another. Show concern for, be devoted to, and willing to lay down their lives for one another - as Jesus did for each of us. As are all organic growth movements, (such as the current American Tea Parties), the organic church is not a top down, corporate business with a hierarchical system. Instead, it's bottoms up - led by a free, revolutionary spirit taking things that are upside down, and turning them right side up. -- Y NOT?
